Hi Zanny, I was very interested to read about your experience as Artist in residence at Reiby juvenile detention centre. I am an art teacher at Malmsbury juvenile detention centre in Victoria, where I have been working with the boys in high security for the past 11 months. A challenging job , at times I struggle to engage them and would love to hear about how you ‘broke down the barriers’ with the boys at Reiby, in order to tap into some meaningful and creative wells.
